The Production Operative role involves working on the production line, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of machinery, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Key responsibilities may include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Assembly work
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable

Full on job training will be provided from day one, this position would be temp to perm for the right candidate.

Starting hourly rate £11.50
