About the role of Site Manager:

Exciting External Site Manager opportunity in South West London for a leading residential developer.

Working on a 400 unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the external envelope including frame and facade.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Understand external elements, overseeing the frame and facade.
Helping to implement new procedures
Communication with sub contractors
Liaising with clients
Day to day support with running of site

Requirements for Site Manager:

Overseen the externals multiple times on residential projects, including frame and facade.
Experience working on residential and housing projects.
Understanding of full external build process.
