A well established, busy manufacturing organisation are looking for a Toolmaker to join the Engineering Department.

Super shift pattern – Days 12-hour shift pattern, leaving lots of free time and a great way to book your holidays. Overtime is available
Commutable from Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Walsall, Rugeley, Lichfield, Atherstone, Barton Under Needwood, Measham, Nuneaton, Twycross, Aldridge and Minworth

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Repair, refurbish, and manufacture tooling to achieve maximum production efficiency.
* Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings.
* General machining and bench hand skills are essential.
* Knowledge of CNC machinery and wire erosion is a plus.
* Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping in the tool room.
REQUIREMENTS
* Apprentice trained
* Experience in an extrusion or mould shop environment, or pressings is happily considered
* CNC knowledge would be helpful, though not essential
* Happy to work 12-hour DAY shift pattern
* This would suit a motivated, friendly individual
