We are delighted to partner with a blue-chip FMCG manufacturing business in Kent, currently seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their senior leadership team.

Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing a team of talented project specialists. This position offers a fantastic platform to showcase your abilities to lead the CAPEX agenda in an exciting manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a history of successfully completing large scale CAPEX projects in a similar environment (values of £15million+), a relevant engineering qualification and knowledge of CDM Regulations.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the CAPEX strategies that enhance outputs, facilities, and operational performance, while adhering to compliance and business standards. Additionally, your ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business—from shop floor to director level—will be essential.
