We are working with one of our longest tenured clients, who are seeking a Project Controls Manager to support a high-value project in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team deliver a complex infrastructure project in a high-profile aviation environment.
This position requires a seasoned Project Controls Manager with a strong background in major projects and a proven ability to deliver in a large-scale setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Programme Controls Function: Oversee programme controls, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of plans, costs, safety, environmental considerations, and performance reporting.
Review Project Proposals: Evaluate new project proposals and remits to ensure the development of realistic and resource-efficient plans for programme delivery.
Resource Management: Identify and manage resourcing requirements, liaising with planning teams to address and resolve any resource issues effectively.
Reporting & Support: Provide efficient, day-to-day services to Programme and Project Managers, delivering accurate reports on plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance.
Data Integrity: Ensure that data entered into cost and performance systems by project teams meet the required data standards, maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager in major construction projects.
Excellent understanding of programme management and controls, including planning, cost management, and performance reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively within complex and high-value infrastructure projects
