Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with their learning and personal development.
Assist teachers in preparing resources and delivering engaging lessons.
Offer one-to-one or small group support as required.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of all students.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.
A caring and patient approach to working with young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
