Our client based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis. Working hours will be 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Working with a small friendly team of warehouse operatives.

The role will involve:-

* Organise and control staff

* Experience in direct despatch

* Booking in administration

* Manage and negotiate outbound freight (carriage)

* Manage workloads and plan the incoming/outgoing flow of goods

* Ensure compliance with customer’s minimum delivery standards

* Oversee basic maintenance around the building

* Picking and packing of customers’ orders

* Maintain required minimum standards for presentation of goods for delivery

* Unloading and receipt of good via containers and other delivery methods, where necessary

* Repack, re-label and QC goods as required

* Fork-lift truck driving (if trained, if not the willingness to be trained)

* Maintain the tidiness and Health & Safety standards within the warehouse
