About the role: Supply Teacher: Are you a passionate teacher looking for flexibility and variety? Teach Now is recruiting dynamic and motivated supply teachers for our vibrant partner schools across Hillingdon. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, this role offers you the opportunity to work in a range of fantastic schools in the local area, all known for their supportive staff and welcoming atmosphere. As a supply teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to work across either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your preference and experience. This part-time position is ideal if you’re looking for a role that fits around your schedule, whether that’s a few days a week or more regular work. You’ll step in to cover classes, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils. With strong support from our dedicated team of consultants, you’ll be provided with the resources and guidance you need to excel in each school. You’ll be able to focus on what you do best—teaching—while enjoying a work-life balance that suits you.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working in UK primary schools is desirable but not essential.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to adapt to different school environments.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons that have been pre-planned, ensuring students stay on track with their learning.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and integrate into their existing staff team.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and safe space for learning.
• Maintain the school’s policies and ethos, ensuring a high standard of teaching is upheld.
• Provide feedback to the class teacher or school leadership where necessary.
