Handyman/woman needed in High Wycombe

Daniel Owen are looking for a Handyman/woman to work part time in a small care home iwith 14 bedrooms in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

This position would suit someone looking for 3-4 days of work a week.

Duties will include things such as :

- All aspects of day to day maintenance

- Painting

- Changing lightbulbs

- Check water systems

The ideal worker will need experience having worked within a care home / hospital setting and must be aware of their surroundings and sensitive towards the patients.

The successful applicant will need to have a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) beforehand or be willing to get one done.

With the role being part time initially , there is a chance that this can be increased to a permanent role after a trial period.

What the successful Handyman/Woman will need:

- Own tools

- Safety wear (dependent on the job at hand)

- Previous experience

- Able to provide a reference from a similar role

- Able to be flexible on the working hours
