Job Title – Branch Consultant

Location – Thorpe Astley, Leicestershire.

Days required – Monday to Friday

More Recruitment is Currently recruiting for a Branch Consultant to Join our busy office. This job is based in our Leicester office.

We are based Meridian, Leicester. We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into Industrial and driving sectors.

Job Role for the Branch Consultant

* Resourcing candidates

* Speaking to new and old clients to build relationships

* Grow your desk to increase margin

* Ensure all candidates are compliant to work

* On call will be involved and this is on a rota basis

* Individual targets are set for each consultant

* Advertising roles on various Job Boards & Social Media

We will work with yourself to develop your skills enabling you to progress within both logistics & Industrial sector.

This role ideally is for someone looking for a career within the recruitment.

Due to the type of role this is we would really like the right person to have at least 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment or agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary between £25,000 - £28,000 per year

You will also be able to make Commission @ 10% and this is NOT capped and will be paid monthly.

Schedule for the Branch Consultant is

* Day shift starts between 08:00am -09:00am (37.5 hours per week)

* Monday to Friday

* Flexible to meet the needs of the business

* On call rotation
