Swanstaff Ltd are currently looking for a Chef to join our care homes in Bromley, If you have the flair for creating delicious and nutrious meals and a commitment to enhancing the lives of resident. We have homes and schools in and around the Bromley area seeking cover with immediate start dates!

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for residents, catering to a range of dietary needs and preferences.

* Develop varied menus that are both tasty and balanced, ensuring residents receive meals that are enjoyable and support their well-being.

* Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.

* Order and manage food supplies, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available and waste is minimized.

* Work closely with care staff to accommodate residents’ individual dietary requirements, including allergies and specialized diets.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, always ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
