Operations Director - Mechanical Services

Up to £75,000 + Car

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Mechanical Services Company based in Essex who are now actively recruiting an Operations Director.

You will have experience managing Operational Team's and several Contracts.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support teams of Contract Managers and Supervisors.
Review and implement safety plans and systems of work.
Lead the mobilisation and setup of projects.
Manage departmental aspects such as labour, workload, training, and health & safety.
Oversee complex contract requirements to support Operational Teams.
Develop work programmes with Contracts Managers.
Create a master resource programme within the company.
Implement weekly labour plans across contracts.
Requirements:

Experience in commercial settings; planned maintenance projects / contracts.
Proven leadership experience managing Operational Teams
Track record of successfully delivering large projects
