As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be an essential part of our clients customer service experience. Your main responsibilities include:
* Assisting customers with enquiries in person and over the phone
* Collaborating with service colleagues to coordinate parts deliveries
* Managing stock and ordering parts through our clients online catalogue
* Liaising with our engineers who support customers across the country
