This is an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join an industry body and support members throughout the Northeast.

THE JOB:

Overall, you will be providing comprehensive advice and support to organisations, both onsite and remotely. This will include:
- Identifying gaps in compliance and supporting to rectify
- Develop and deliver H&S training courses, as well as educational support via networking events, forums and webinars
- Develop webinars, articles and newsletters
- On-site work to support our customer base, with hands-on risk assessments, safety tours, accidents and incidents support

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Must hold NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equipment, OR have an understanding of H&S,E responsibilities and legal compliance
- Registered with IOSH as Tech IOSH status as a minimum standard
- Comprehensive knowledge of general health and safety
- Experience with managing environmental problems
- Full driving license
- Reside in the Northeast

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- £35,000
- Car allowance
- 26 days holiday + public holidays
- 7% company contributory pension
- Paid training
