Job Title: Shift Engineer
Location: CM24
Salary: £46,000+ per annum
Shifts: Days & Nights (Continental Shift Pattern)

We are seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a large commercial site in CM24. This is a permanent role offering excellent career progression and stability within a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site

* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults

* Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and in compliance with regulations

* Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain a safe working environment

* Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team and subcontractors

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

* 18th Edition (for electrical candidates)

* Experience in a critical or commercial FM environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work both independently and within a team

* Previous experience in a shift-based role is desirable
