Senior Treasury Clerk

Location: Wimbledon

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days from home

Working Hours: Choose from one of the following schedules:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm | Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

Our client is a well-established Estate Agency, seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Treasury Clerk to join our finance team. Our organisation values professional growth, offering a supportive environment and comprehensive benefits to help you thrive in your career.

Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee the Receipt Account, ensuring accurate transaction recording and timely reconciliation.

Maintain and monitor the Suspense Account, promptly addressing and resolving any discrepancies.

Manage the Direct Debit Account, including lease administration and ensuring the timely collection of payments.

Execute payment runs during the Team Manager's absence, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications and Experience:

Significant experience in treasury management is required.

A background in cashiering or a similar finance role is highly beneficial.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Wimbledon.
