Smart Solutions are working in partnership with an award winning training provider, and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Assessor within the Health and Social Care sector to join their business on a permanent contract, who will be delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners.

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 4.30pm (Flexibility)

Core Duties of the Assessor – Health & Social Care:

* Providing a quality learning experience and journey

* Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.

* Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets

* Occupational competence and delivering apprenticeships experience

Essential Requirements for the Assessor – Health & Social Care include:

* Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector and apprenticeship delivery

* Experience of Work Based Learning

* Experience of Award Body practices Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards CAVA Qualification or equivalent qualification, ESW Communication and Application of Number Level 2.

* NVQ delivery experience of Health & Social Care routes

* Assessor qualification or equivalent and assessing experience

* Ability to work remotely

* Ability to speak Welsh desirable

* Full driving license and use of own vehicle
