Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Education Sector)
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer with a passion for the education sector? My client has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, providing top-tier IT support to schools and educational institutions across Bristol. This role offers the perfect balance of hybrid working with occasional on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Manage and troubleshoot networks, including Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Maintain and update school systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Support the roll-out of new technology across various schools.
Conduct occasional site visits for installations, maintenance, and user support. Experience:
Proven experience in IT support, ideally within an education environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and general hardware troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally when required. What’s on Offer:
