Aspire People are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistant (LSA) based in Market Harborough and surrounding areas.

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our primary schools in Market Harborough. If you're enthusiastic about education and want to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils.
* Assist in delivering engaging lessons, supporting individuals or small groups.
* Provide one-on-one support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN (Special Educational Needs).
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to the emotional and social well-being of students.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support where necessary.
* Support pupils with their personal, social, and educational development, both in and outside of the classroom.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children (experience in an educational setting is desirable).
* A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to dealing with young children.
* The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from teaching staff.
* Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and staff alike.
* A flexible and proactive attitude.

Desirable:
* Experience with supporting children with SEN.
* A relevant qualification in child development or teaching support.
