Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction
Install, repair, and maintain Trace and X-Ray equipment in the field; provide customer training as needed.
Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work promptly.
Manage repair parts cycle time, order, install, and return parts efficiently.
Review logs for open issues, prepare formal reports to customers.
Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
Provide technical support to customers and peers.
Participate in site surveys, pilot programs, special projects, and meetings.
Establish and maintain close relationships with senior FSEs and Product Managers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
About You:
Level 3 Engineering qualification (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in reading electrical/mechanical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in field repair of electrical and electronic systems
Computer literacy; MS Office Suite proficiency and aptitude for learning specialized software
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle stressful situations
Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual
Willingness to travel at short notice
Manual handling ability
