Key Responsibilities:

* Perform reactive and planned maintenance on the site’s mechanical systems including AHUs, Humidifiers, Air Conditioning, Plant, Pipework and FCUs.

* Maintain accurate records of all reactive and remedial tasks via the CAFM system.

* Diagnose, organise, and carry out remedial repairs, ensuring tasks are owned and completed from start to finish.

* Identify required materials and arrange procurement through approved suppliers.

What We Need From You:

* F Gas Qualification

* Completion of a recognised technical training scheme or apprenticeship.
