Position: Lifts and Procurement Assistant

Location: Home Based - London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Portfolio Details: As a Property Manager, you will be managing freehold houses totalling 400 units. You will be home based with site visits as required (Please note driving is essential, as the portfolio is not easily accessible by public transport). This is a great opportunity to get involved and lead on a variety of projects. We are looking for someone who has a good experience of residential property management looking to develop their career with an award-winning managing agent. 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 

As a Lifts and Procurement Assistant at Rendall & Rittner, you will: 

Manage cases in the Customer Service system, ensuring timely assignment and resolution.
Collaborate with the R&R Mobilisation team to facilitate smooth asset handovers, particularly for key categories like Lifts and Utilities.
Support supplier onboarding by coordinating with Property Managers, Health & Safety, and Suppliers, ensuring compliance and due diligence.
Assist with supplier invoice queries and account reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting Year-End processes.
Handle procurement, supply chain, and utilities-related requests, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Oversee utilities metering queries, including meter read submissions.
Maintain and validate procurement system data to ensure accuracy.
Provide spend analysis and ad hoc reporting as required.
Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong supplier relationships to maintain high service standards.
