Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

About the Role:

As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering exceptional IT support and infrastructure management. You will have the chance to expand your skill set by stepping into 3rd Line tasks, solving more complex technical challenges and contributing to critical IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding 2nd Line support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

* Handle escalated tasks that require 3rd Line expertise, including troubleshooting and configuration.

* Manage and maintain Microsoft technology stacks such as Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Office Exchange.

* Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure projects and improve service delivery.

* Maintain documentation and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

About You:

* Proven experience in a 2nd Line Engineer role, with exposure to 3rd Line tasks.

* Strong knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Office Exchange.

* Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.

* A proactive and teamoriented approach to work.

* Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar are a plus but not essential.
