£35,000 basic, plus £45,000 OTE, car allowance

An exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Manager has arisen with a new homes developer covering sites in Cambridgeshire.

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, on offer is a basic salary of £35,000 plus £45,000 OTE, car allowance package.
You will be an experienced new homes Senior Sales Consultant, currently working for a housebuilder looking for a chance to step up. You will be tasked with managing sites, recruiting and training Sales Negotiators and driving sales across the region.
The Role:

* Lead and manage Sales Consultants to achieve target

* Drive sales targets, as agreed with the Sales Director

* Hit and exceed all KPI’s for sales and customer service

* Manage relationships with estate agents, PR, and media

* Contribute to marketing ideas and sales strategy

* Arrange and manage launches and event

* Provide regular reporting to the Sales Director

Key requirements:

* New Homes Sales Experience working for a developer

* Be able to self-manage

* Customer service led and sales motivated

* Competent with IT systems

* Full UK driving licence
