We have a fabulous opportunity for a detail orientated, Accounts & Admin Assistant to join a leading travel organisation, in a fully home-based role.

This position has a strong focus on invoicing and will suit travel industry professionals with a high level of attention, strong IT skills to detail and ideally, some GDS experience.

This is a Mon - Fri role, 9am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and offers a competitive salary of £26k plus benefits.

Role of Travel Accounts & Admin Assistant:

* Daily Invoicing

* Admin work including reports, housekeeping on systems

* Registrations / New accounts

* Working remotely as part of a small and friendly team

* Providing support to other team members as required

Skills required for the role:

* Strong IT skills including keyboard skills and experience of using the Microsoft Office suite

* Previous travel industry experience

* High level of attention to detail

* GDS skills would be preferred - Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo

* Ability to work well with autonomy
