Document Controller - West Lodndon - Developer (office based).

A leading residential and mixed-use developer, backed by a major investor, delivering high-quality communities across Greater London is looking for an experienced Document Controller. Circa 5000 homes have been delivered across all tenures, including affordable housing through an independent provider. The company is committed to excellence in design, sustainability, and customer service.

About the Role:

As a key member of the Technical South team, you’ll ensure project information is up-to-date, accessible, and supports the build process. The role requires flexibility to work from the head office in Uxbridge and visit project sites in South West London.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain EDMS (Asite), ensuring accurate site information sharing.
Support users, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with external consultants and subcontractors.
Set up systems, add users, and provide ongoing support.
Handle occasional reporting and admin tasks using EDMS, Excel, and other software.Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in document control and managing project information from start to finish.
Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and EDMS (Asite experience beneficial).
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
