With a reputation for reliability, value for money, and customer satisfaction, we’re now seeking a passionate and driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Value Doors, you will sell a range of top-quality PVCu, composite, and aluminium windows and doors to homeowners. Your appointments will be pre-qualified, and your diary will be managed in-house, allowing you to focus on what you do best – meeting with customers and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Attend pre-qualified appointments, with a diary fully managed and scheduled for you by our in-house team.
Promote and sell our range of PVCu, composite, and aluminium windows and doors to homeowners.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, offering expert advice on product choices, benefits, and installation options.
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and installation.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the home improvement or construction sector.
Knowledge of PVCu and aluminium windows and doors is a distinct advantage.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Full UK driving licence.
