Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Southwest London

Salary: £30-33K

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00

Responsibilities:

* Hands on role, conducting glass & plastic audits, pest control, H&S audits, Internal audits

* Walk around site checks to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, logging any issues

* Finished product checks, machinery checks and maintaining all relevant documentation for the general manager.

* Work alongside the other technical manager, supporting each other oversee all technical matters. Handling internal auditing, traceability, maintain company policies and procedures.

The Candidate:

* Experienced quality candidate with a background in a food manufacturing environment, knowledge of BRC standards, HACCP, SALSA.

* Positive and hard-working attitude, keen to grow and develop your career.

* Be familiar with in factory processes, strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards
