Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers and the in-house transport department, ensuring clarity and timely resolution of queries.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
Utilise IT skills to navigate in-house software and Microsoft Office packages for daily operations.
Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Employ persuasion skills to effectively resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.About You:

Strong communication skills are essential; you should be comfortable engaging with various customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Experience of working within a complex, fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment would be highly advantageous.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
IT literate.
An adaptable individual who can thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple priorities.
A calm demeanour, with the ability to manage pressure without frustration.Working Hours and Salary:

Salary: £26,250 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday working either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm shift.Location:

Based in a brand-new facility in Banbury and easily accessible from Warwick, Towcester, Bicester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Moreton-In-Marsh, Shipston-On-Stour and neighbouring towns.If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in a growing business, we would love to hear from you!
