Due to company expansion, our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the St Albans Area, are looking to employ an experienced Property Valuer with a proven track record of successful to join their team.

The position will be based approximately 5 miles from St Albans in a popular location.

The successful Property valuer will be offered:

Up to £31,000 basic salary

£45,000 - £55,000 On Target Earnings

Mileage expenses

Potential of Company Car

20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Extra day off for your Birthday

Working Hours:

Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00

Saturday’s (one in every four) | 09:00 – 17:00

To be considered for the Property Valuer Role you must have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience Valuing Properties

Experience Valuing Mid to High End Properties Advantageous

Full Driver’s License

As a Property Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to

Providing accurate market appraisals for potential sellers properties.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the property market

Build relationships and Manage Expectations from the start.
