We are currently looking for a proactive Estates Surveyor to join a leading retailer in Cardiff. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage their growing portfolio of commercial properties, including overseeing lease negotiations, rent reviews, and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor lease key dates and manage rent reviews and lease renewals for commercial properties.
Negotiate lease terms and liaise directly with landlords and their agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, contract holders, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify property opportunities and provide recommendations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and property management standards.
Maintain organised property records for the estate portfolio, including database management and spreadsheets.
Support in challenging service charge statements and invoices.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues efficiently. Key Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate or a similar RICS-approved qualification.
Some experience in property or estates management is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Enthusiastic, with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn.
Professional and personable with strong relationship-building skills. What We Offer:
