? Fabrication & repairs – If you can weld, grind, and machine parts, you’re already a legend.
? Mechanical & Electrical work – 50/50 balance needed – if you can diagnose, fault-find, and fix on both sides, we want you.
? Train & support Machine Operators – Help them not wreck the kit, and when they do, show them why you’re the expert.
? Machine strip-downs & rebuilds – Deep cleaning and reassembly – because things work better when they’re not full of fruit pulp.
? Safety first – Keep yourself and the team safe. It’s a factory, not a playground.

? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR (NO TIMEWASTERS)

✅ You’ve been in an engineering role before – Food production/manufacturing? Even better.
✅ NVQ Level 3+ in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – No ‘DIY engineers’ please, proper qualifications only.
✅ Strong mechanical & electrical balance – 50/50. No lone wolves – teamwork makes the dream work.
✅ Fabrication & welding skills? Major bonus points.
✅ You get stuck in, you don’t moan, and you take pride in your work.
