Our client is an established building and maintenance company that specialises in heritage and iconic buildings in London and the surrounding area. It is looking to hire a proven Small Works Contract Manager.

As the Small Works Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of small works projects, building refurbishments, and fabric fit outs at two of London’s oldest historic buildings. The value of projects ranges from £10-100k, with the majority being circa £30k.

The successful Small Works Contract Manager must have a building background and a proven track record of delivering building projects. In addition, you must also have a strong commercial acumen, you’ll run a base contract P&L as well as the projects.

Our client is offering:

* £65,000 base salary
