My client is a Residential home healthcare provider for elderly customers and they are looking for a qualified Level 5 manager or RGN Manager to join their stunning service.

Our Manager role involves:

To provide leadership to the home and support the team.

They will have a degree of experience and leadership that provides expertise and confidence to the team and home overall.

They will become registered manager and ensure quality care is given to all residents within their home.

To be successful as Home Manager, you'll need:

• Qualified Registered Manager Level 5

• Management and supervision experience essential,

• Evidence of managing a similar service at a good and above rating

• Good computer skills

• Experience in elderly care
