KFM is recruiting for a leading production company dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced Tool Setter to support our clients’ manufacturing operations. This role is based on Monday to Friday on a set shift.

The Benefits:

⦁ Fixed Shift (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00)
⦁ Ongoing Work
⦁ Temporary to permanent
⦁ Making sure machines are safe and properly maintained, working with the Maintenance Team for any repairs.
⦁ Up to £33,500 per annum

The Role:
⦁ Setting up and changing injection moulding tools while following safety guidelines.
⦁ Making sure machines are safe and properly maintained, working with the Maintenance Team for any repairs.
⦁ Adjusting machines to improve production efficiency and quality.
⦁ Communicating with the Setter Supervisor, Team Leader, and other departments regarding tool changes and operational needs.
⦁ Performing tool changes and setting up equipment as needed for production.
⦁ Carrying out quick repairs when Maintenance is unavailable.

Requirements:
⦁ Solid experience in injection moulding and tool setting, ideally with a recognised company.
⦁ Familiarity with equipment like material feeders, dosing systems, and robotic systems. Experience with automatic assembly lines is a plus.
⦁ Basic knowledge of handling and processing plastic materials.
⦁ Experience in a manufacturing setting and ability to work under pressure.
