Berry Recruitment are searching for a Lettings/Property Negotiator to join a busy, well established Lettings & Estate Agents in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee lettings.
Develop annual business plans to increase revenue and manage the portfolio.
Ensure compliance with procedures and deliver high-quality service.
Foster and maintain strong internal and external relationships with clients and tenants.
Aid the move in process, manage rent rolls, conduct regular rent reviews, and perform property valuations.
Prepare and update marketing materials for properties.
Support the Property Management Team.About You:

Proven experience in property or estate agency.
Target-oriented.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.Benefits:
