Operations Manager in Herefordshire

Salary: Up to £60k (dependent on experience)

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, with flexibility

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at their expanding warehouse and office facility in Hereford. With significant growth over the past five years and an anticipated 25% increase in 2025, the ideal candidate will be responsible for warehousing, customer service, invoicing, and facilities management, driving improvements across all processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in logistical operations, including goods in and out, and collaborating with national logistics providers. A keen eye for detail, energy, and a willingness to learn about an evolving product range are essential. The role also involves direct customer service and invoice processing.
