Year 6 Primary Teacher - Hackney - September 2025 Start

A High-achieving, good graded primary school are searching for a Year 6 Primary Teacher to join them in April. You will be taking over the current Year 6 Primary Teacher who is relocating. It is a lovely, small class of 24 children working at mixed ability, but a lot of children who are currently underperforming due to the covid backlog of learning. The school has high expectations for their children and have no doubt that the children will achieve natural average by the end of the year, hopefully with your support and leadership!

Initially, this is a long-term role for the final term, however there is genuine scope to become permanent for the right candidate. The school are flexible and can offer a direct school contract, or daily rate depending on the strength and experience of the teacher. Ideally you will have Year 6 SATS experience, but it is not essential.
