About the Company

The company is a leading provider of Facilities Management Services with a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated Contract Support to join the team and manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities in St Pancras, London.

Job Summary

The Contract Support will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are maintained to the highest standard, promoting a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for all employees. This role will involve coordinating maintenance activities, managing service providers, and supporting various facility-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Vendor Management: Liaise with external service providers and contractors, ensuring that all services are delivered according to contract terms and company standards.

* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.

* Space Management Coordinate office moves, layout changes, and workspace optimization to meet the evolving needs of the company.

* Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

* Inventory Control: Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

* Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, including coordinating responses and liaising with emergency services as needed.

* Sustainability Initiatives: Support sustainability efforts by implementing energy-saving practices and promoting environmental awareness.

* Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations and projects.

Qualifications and Skills

* Experience: Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements.

* Organisational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, contractors, and management.

* Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

* IT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAFM software.
