School Business Support officer School Administrator
Full time - Term time only!
This role will be covering a years maternity leave within a large primary School.
37 hours per week Monday to Friday term time.
In this role you will be rquired to work as a part of an administration team covering all of the Schools needs from:
• Customer facing office duties, • Answering the telephones, • Writing and proof reading letters • dealing with sensitive information • Routine financial administration duties • Updating School records. What will I need? • Administration experience, School experience desirable but not essential. • Sims Experience Desirable • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Experience in the use of Microsoft word and excel. • Customer service and Telephone skills. • The ability to think quickly to resolve any issues. • To be dedicated the role and be flexible. •
You must be able to provide recent references.
