Location: Mansfield

Salary: £25 umbrella

Duration: Temporary 3-6 months

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a local authority in the Mansfield area.

They are looking for an experienced Housing Officer for a temporary position.

What will you do in the role?

* Managing tenancy agreements and resolving tenant issues.

* Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.

* Ensuring compliance with housing regulations and policies.

* Collecting rent and managing arrears.

Who would excel in this role?

* Experienced Housing Officer with experience of managing their own patch.

* Experience of tenancy management, asb and estate services.

* Strong knowledge of the housing sector.
