Salary: Circa £40k+ DOE (Pro Rata for PT)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of in-house CRM systems or work closely with external CRM providers.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive business growth.
Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the firm's services.
Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.Qualifications and Skills

Proven track record in business development or sales with a minimum of three years' experience.
Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally with experience in in-house CRM implementation.
