What You'll Do:

Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across Email, SMS, and Loyalty programs.
Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
Use data-driven insights to create targeted, personalised customer communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM campaigns align with overall business goals.
Contribute to test-and-learn approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Monitor CRM performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to help innovate CRM processes.
Ensure all activities comply with GDPR and UK data regulations.

What You'll Need:

Experience working in a CRM or email marketing role (D2C fashion or e-commerce is a bonus).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve performance.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for customer engagement.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools.
An eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Team collaboration skills and a commercial mindset focused on customer loyalty.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of SMS marketing strategies.
Background in fashion or e-commerce.
