Vacancy: Operations Manager

Location: Nottingham

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary & Package: Highly Competitive

As the Operations Manager you'll be working within the Nottingham Construction team, supporting them in the construction of building projects across the region.

Duties:

Lead in all aspects of Health & Safety
Manage the execution of contracts under the main contract conditions
Line management for all of the Operations Team
Promote and ensure an inclusive work environmentRequirements:

Strong Tier 1 / 2 contractor experience as the Operations Manager / Director
Excellent management and communication skills
Confident leader
Excellent commercial awareness
Strong commitment to health & safety
The ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and clients
