We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Executive to join our client in their central Manchester offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales or sales support experience who is looking for their next challenge.
The role is hybrid (4 days a week on site with flexible shift patterns) so successful candidates will need to be able to travel to the Manchester site.

What you'll be doing as a Sales Operations Executive -
Support the sales team by helping to create proposals, presentations and written quotations
Deal with inbound client queries via Salesforce
Use client data to help drive retention.
Ensure any complaints are handled quickly and effectively
What experience we're looking for -
Previous sales, upselling or contact centre experience
Excellent communication skills
Great problem solving skills
Computer literate as you'll be using several in house systems
