Ideal Recruit are looking for skilled FLT Reach Drivers to join our clients well established team in Corby NN18 to upskill to VNA Driver 
 
We offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
 
We can accept in-house licences, and we can offer Reach to VNA conversion on site
 
Position: VNA Driver
 
Location: Corby
 
Shift Patterns:

Morning Shift: 6:00  - 2:00 
 Afternoon Shift: 14:00  – 22:00 
 Night Shifts: 22:00 - 06:00 
 
Pay rates:

AM shifts: £15.60/h
PM shifts: £16.10/h
NIGHT shifts: £16.60/h
Above shifts apply if you complete your 5 shifts per week. 

Responsibilities:
• Operate VNA trucks efficiently and safely.
• Assist with picking and packing as required.
• Operate other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) if qualified.
• Adhere to site induction, RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), and SSOP (Safe Standard Operating Procedures).
 
Requirements:
• Valid VNA license.
• Flexibility to work both shift patterns.
• Ability to operate other MHE is a plus.
• Commitment to health and safety protocols.
• Willingness to sign off on site induction, RAMS, and SSOP before starting.
