TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 18 MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around the EAST LONDON area to survey OVER 1800 PROPERTIES.
 
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (IN HOUSE SOFTWARE)

Outside IR35 role 
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
Over 1800 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION ONLY
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
Booked appointments by the client
18 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension based on performance.
FULL TIME ONLY - 4/5 DAYS ARE A MUST
AREAS TO COVER - ILLFORD, COLCHESTER, CHELMSFORD, ROMFORD, SOUTHEND ON SEA and NEWHAM
