I’m reaching out on behalf of a client seeking to hire an Electrical Site Manager to join their well-established team. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial, healthcare, and modular sectors, they’ve built a strong reputation in the industry. This role will cover the North and East Yorkshire regions, with a primary focus on building and sustaining client relationships. Duties:

* Providing leadership, and energy.

* Ensuring the electrical works run to strict programme.

* Maintaining strict quality control procedures.

* Lead regular site meetings with all interested parties.

* Report on site progress to project manager.

* Managing sub-contractors to maintain programme targets.

* Assist with commissioning and handover.

* Review of the scope of works, produce RAMS documents where required.

* Conducting regular site safety checks.

* Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.

Benefits:

* Salary - £50,000-£55,000 per annum

* Car Allowance - £6,000 per annum

* Travel Expenses including mileage and train

* 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + 12 bonus days

* Discretionary yearly bonus

Requirements:

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* Full UK Driving License
