Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 per annum
Location: Derbyshire, East Midlands
Hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Nursing Home Manager in complex care settings
* RGN with an active NMC pin
* Ideally, Level 5 leadership qualification (not essential)
* Strong leadership, team management, and CQC liaison skills
* Expertise in care planning, assessments, audits, and budget management
