Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a well known warehousing and logistics company who are continuously growing and expanding.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their site based in Braintree.

Responsibilities-

* Accomplishes warehouse operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.

* Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping.

* Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.

* Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.

* Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees.

* Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.

* Develops warehouse operations systems by analysing process workflow and implementing changes.

* Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies.

Qualifications-

* Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role

* Experince working wthin cold storage/ food warehouses

* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices

* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

* Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software

Monday-Friday 8 am-5pm, however must be flexible as and when is needed

Salary- £38k-£40k dependant on experience
